What we collect on this site, and why
This preview collects two things: early-access requests you choose to send, and daily page counts that don’t identify anyone. Nothing is sold or shared.
Early access
Your email, your role, and optionally your township, for the report you asked about. Used only to email you about that report’s launch. Kept until that report launches and we’ve told you, or 12 months, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Page counts
Daily totals only: how many times a page was viewed and how often a price button was clicked. We don’t store IP addresses, cookies, device IDs or anything that links a count to a person.
Not collected
No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics. The address you type into the Assessment Check preview isn’t sent anywhere.
Where it’s stored
A database on Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser downloads them.
Deletion
To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@civicdelta.com from the address you signed up with. We act within 30 days.
Public-record data in CivicDelta reports is covered by our method: we don’t collect owner, buyer, seller or appellant names from property datasets.
